Eligible for Refund
- Order not delivered within 30 minutes of purchase
- Port number details are incorrect or incomplete
- Duplicate charge on your payment method
- Technical error prevented delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- Port number was successfully delivered to your email
- Receiving carrier rejected the port-in (carrier store decision)
- You changed your mind after receiving the number
- Promotion was not available at your target carrier
How to Request a Refund
Email support@theportpilot.com with your order email and reason for the refund request. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
